The Council was recruited/formed in late 2007 and received its Council number in February 2008. The Charter members include 45 local men that have either recently become Knights or transfered from other Councils. Installation of the newly elected officers took place on February 23, 2008, at St. Mary of the Falls Church as the general brotherhood and fellow parishoners witnessed the official induction of the leadership of the first officers of this Council.
